Joe Pasma, PE is a licensed professional engineer and the founder of PGS Consulting LLC. His career has been devoted almost entirely to Structural Insulated Panels — from the engineering design side through manufacturing operations, field construction, and forensic analysis. That breadth of direct experience across the full SIP system is rare in the industry and is the foundation of every consulting engagement PGS takes on.
